Dr. Adam Ehrlich is an historian, Fulbright Scholar, academic editor and multilingual translator with extensive professional and freelance experience. A graduate of Harvard University and Indiana University, Dr. Ehrlich has also studied in Germany, Poland and Russia. He has extensive professional editorial experience, having worked for three years as an assistant editor at the prestigious academic journal American Historical Review. In addition to his strong editorial background, he has taught several courses at the university level, from Medieval Russia to 20th Century World. His primary research interests focus on national and ethnic identity development and problems of nationalism. He is currently working on an article on Nazi Germany’s attempts to define German ethnicity during WWII. Dr. Ehrlich was most recently the Director of International Accreditation at Kristal University in Tirana, Albania and a member of that university’s Quality Assurance Committee.

Dr. Trygbe Ben Holland is a specialist in European Law and Economics. His teaching experience includes assignments at the European University in Cologne, Germany, at the University of Public Administration, Germany, at Hanzehogenschool Gronigen, the Netherlands, as well as the University of Tambov, Russia. He is author of a number of Law commentaries and also held the European Commision’s POROS Chair in European Law at ILC Pune, India.

Dr. Ada Hyso is a political scientist and academic editor. Ada is in her third year of serving as an editor of the Albanian Journal of Politics. She is currently working on an article on military intervention in ethnic conflicts, and a book chapter on the effects of the European Union on human rights in Albania. Her research interests focus on military interventions in civil and ethnic conflicts, international conflict, terrorism, transnational organized crime, democratization and electoral systems. She has served as the Director of Youth Department at the Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports in Albania, Anti-Trafficking Coordinator at Save the Children, and Education/Learning Advisor at Plan International.

Dr. Mimoza Rista-Dema is an applied linguist, Fulbright scholar, and academic editor with extensive university teaching experience both in Albania and overseas. She taught several English courses at the Intensive English Program of Indiana University for a period of seven years, and various linguistics courses in the M.A. TESOL Program of Oklahoma City University for two years. Dr. Rista-Dema has presented at international linguistics conferences and published in peer-review journals. In addition to her expertise in applied linguistics, she has a strong editorial background. Dr. Rista-Dema is an editorial board member of Issues in Political Discourse Analysis and a reviewer of Journal of Intercultural Communications and Africa Today. Her research interests focus on discourse analysis, world Englishes, syntax and second language acquisition.
