Renata is a part time instructor at UNYT who teaches Albanian Business and Labor Law. This introductory class exposes students to the principles of civil legislation in Albania , with an emphasis on business organizations and labor law.
She is a senior member at Boga & Associates, Attorneys at Law, a law firm established in 1994, which has emerged as one of the premiere law firms in Albania . Renata's legal expertise relates to Commercial and Corporate Law, Labor Law, Contracts, Banking Law, Foreign Investment Law, Banking, Property Law, and Intellectual Property Law. As a legal expert, she works closely with international clients who would like to invest in Albania . She primarily assists them with issues like business incorporation, corporate governance, corporate finance, employment and immigration, insurance and social security, and trademarks.
