Univesity of New York Tirana (UNYT), currently, has teaching faculty of about 60 full-and part-time instructors, who are supported by some 20 administrative and support staff. The faculty at UNYT is highly qualified with extensive teaching experie ce in various institutions around the world, along with applicable private sector experience.

UNYT faculty members implement flexible and innovative practices in teaching and learning. This creative approach is, in part, credited to Empire State College, a State University of New York (SUNY) school in the U.S, which prides itself on its liberal learning philosophy, and with whom UNYT shares a partnership. The UNYT faculty is dedicated to supporting its students' aspirations and to preparing them for the competitive world of business.
